Hard game! Although we've got a reasonably good record against Falkirk since returning to Division 1, I always feel that they can beat us if we're not on top of our game. We'll need to keep the ball away from their lad Lyle Taylor! Either that or just boot him into the air early doors and plead innocence. He clearly knows the route to goal so cutting off the feed to him will be vital! This is a great opporchancity to really kick on in our drive for 3rd position. See you behind the goals. COLTS!

Going for BTTS in Dordrecht 90 v FC Den Bosch tonight at 8/15 which means my starting tenner returns £15.33 if correct.
Not recommending it but I think I'll possibly make it a double with BTTS in Helmond Sport vs De Graafschap too. That game is 4/7 so a tenner on the double pays back £24.10.
Both KO's are at 7pm. 19:00 Helmond Sport vs De Graafschap

Noticed some numbnuts having a go at Russell and Morton for having the audacity to pass the ball back the way when they were just outside the Cowdenbeath box with nothing on.
They would do well to watch this video and maybe learn something - in particular point 4. (not implying in any way we are in the same league when playing but the principles still apply) Agree that we're not in the same league but it's awfy similar to what we're trying to do with the smart ball retention and patient build up in that vid. Look at Jordan Morton's goal against Cowdenbeath from earlier this season for an example of what we can do when things come off (6m 16s to 7m 17s - www.livingstonfc.co.uk/livitv/stranraer040812/livitv.php ). Yet the angry shouty mob will still shout themselves hoarse.

South African police find bloodied cricket bat at Oscar Pistorius' home
South African police found a bloodied cricket bat at the home of Oscar Pistorius following the Valentine's Day killing of his model girlfriend, a newspaper reported yesterday.
www.scmp.com/news/world/article/1152717/south-african-police-find-bloodied-cricket-bat-oscar-pistorius-home? Not looking good for OP. He may be innocent, who knows, but if he did it then hell mend him. I've kind of thought he was a t*sser after his sour grapes outburst during the Paralympics at a fellow sprinter who had pipped him in one of the heats. A right sour puss he was. His mask certainly slipped that day.

LL21 - how did this go for you then? I thought about firing a ten spot on our game yesterday. Good move not to have then, eh?

Absolutely hate some of the idiot's in our support. What was the nonsense being shouted at our own players this week? Anyway, This was as comfortable a win as you'll ever see in this league. An entirely professional brushing aside of a team that we're simply better than (despite previous head to head results this season). Beanie was a sharp as he's been in a long time and JCAGTL also stood out in team where everyone achieved 'played well' status. As said above, 3 points, 3 goals, a clean sheet and the usual torn faces still bumping their gums. All's well down at Almondvale these days (till the next defeat).

Macaroni was £3.50 without chips. Having already described the overall prices as within a reasonable price range (not cheap but not too expensive) I'll add that the small bowl of MnC for £3.50 was bordering on criminal. That particular price has not been thought through at all. Worth a pound tops.

I didn't get the Macaroni Cheese (n chips) today but I think the advertised price was an unfortunate typo and should have been £5.50 instead. I again plumped for the Chicken Curry and again it was perfectly fine. Plenty of chicken Curry and rather than rice I asked for Chips, and the nice lady gied me loads. I would say that it isn't exactly cheap but on the other hand it's not exactly expensive either. If something is mibbe 50p more than I think it should be then I'm not going to go hungry for the sake of a measly ten bob. It's decent grub and at prices within a fairly reasonable bracket. If you want to know what getting robbed is all about then try visiting a pie stall/servery at Almondvale with less than a tenner! Ho ho, good luck with that!

I voted 3rd. I hope that we can keep up our relatively decent form right until the end and move up to 3rd position or even higher. I reckon that we've given Morton and Partick too much of a start and although we still have games against them they do seem to have the measure of us, so far at least. There's no guarantee that we'll even stay in 4th though, given that teams like Airdrie and Dumbarton have taken all 3 points from us so far. A good solid end to the season and I'll be happy.

not after the recent result that they got against Dungfermline!!!! Agreed! We seem to be playing teams on the up recently. The Pars have really hit the skids since news of their impending financial collapse surfaced so maybe not too much to read into the result, hopefully. Reckon this is another game where I think we have enough to win but I'd take a point all the same. I keep hoping that one week we'll blow someone out of the water. This week? Would be good. ;D

Will they ever be back up? You'd like to think so! Not sure when though. Here's Prunty's goal in the meantime (unofficial YouTube vid):

I tried the chicken curry in the AS before the game. Plenty chicken, quite fruity, good sized portion and loads of rice. No nan though. Up 50p to £5.50 but still reckon that's reasonable. AS was chockers for first time in a while. Good to see. Was good to see video of last weeks Dumbarton game. Going to be regular LIVItv highlights video's before home games from now on.

A game we should have won! Never a pen for them in a million years and how that thug Prunty didn't see an early bath for his assault on JCAGTL, I'll never know. We've got to tighten up at the back. It's no good having a flashy spark plug in the engine room if your exhaust is back firing. Come on lads, get closer to them and be quicker in the tackle. Don't be scared to make row Z your friend!

Did he not pack us in when we got relegated to the 3rd due to Massone?
I might be wrong but something tells me he was mibbe a wee bit too big for his boots. Aye, done a job, but hardly set the heather on fire.
