I hope we pick up our first points tomorrow. Falkirk lost 5 at home to Peterhead during the week and that gives me confidence. Not a fan of ther manager - Mr Houston tends to be unsporting and I'm not a fan of his! It'll be interesting to see the team selection tomorrow, especially after the midweek win when there were plenty of changes. Presumably our new Portuguese signing will be added to the squad too - and I wonder if the reported pace of Moses will mean that he's back on the bench. I think Hordon is a great addition. Strong, uncompromising and old fashioned centre back with a 'thou shall not pass' attitude. Inevitable suspensions to follow but crucial when he's available. I'm going 2-1 to Livi.

I thought Faria did ok; nothing outstanding but then the "team display" was woeful first half & though it was much better in the second it was still poor. Some individuals did ok. Ben Gordon for example. Sheerin when he came on. Mullen should never have lasted 90 mins though. First goal only happened because the ref (I use the term loosely, he'll never be a ref in a month of Sundays) waved play on when Mullen was fouled.

Faria is 32-33 years old tbh in my opinion finished I can't actually see us taking any points maybe of alloa but unless we get it sorted we will be drowning our sorrows every week

The Portuguese dud wasn't up to much and if the answer is to bring on Sheerin then Burchill is asking the wrong questions. Not lookinig good for the long, long season ahead.

Sheerin showed desire but he still hasn't got a goal yet and that's preseason too I don't think burchill has dome his homework on signings rushed into them so the flack lies with him how long does he get? Do we still keep on treating him like god as we did the end of season

Thought we were poor today. Pedestrian and predictable. They hassled us and di the simple things well - passing and moving, closing down, getting crosses into dangerous areas. We were lucky to be only 1-0 down at half time. Missed Pittman today. We lack midfield creativity and we have too many defensively-minded people in those areas. I also like Millen at right back because he's happy to overlap and get crosses in. Everything today was too low key and lacked tempo. We had 4 centre backs on the pitch (even though Cole plays in midfield) and that makes it hard to cause the opposition problems. As a result, we barely created any clear cut chances all afternoon. Ian Murray was watching from the stands and won't be in the least bit concerned about playing us twice in the next week. Having said that, I'm the eternal optimist and feel as though we have a much better squad than last year. We have yet to find our best formation or starting eleven - I hope we find both soon. We must surely be better than Alloa over the course of the season..........

Woefull - I got no positives out of that performance or anything to show that we can improve. Team full of central defenders and defensive midfielders. Did their keeper have a save to make the entire game? Woeful.

It just doesn't feel "right" just now.
From front to back, there's a spark missing. Silly mistakes, a lack of desire and we don't actually look like scoring.

We should have known what to expect after the food in the Almondvale Suite was barely edible and our drinks were nearly flat.

Got what we deserved today ,man for man we probably have a squad as good as Falkirk ,it's up to Burchill to earn his money and find the right formation and tactics ....really poor performance from the team today ,a couple of decent individual performances that doesn't win you games though . What happened to fortress almondvale

Its our lack of tactics that's a worry.

Yip disappointing indeed Favourite movie for our forwards? White men can't jump! Not true as counted the high balls into White and Sheerin today white won 10 out of 16 sheerin won 3 out of 9 so White won 63% and Sheerin 33% hate the tactic but get get the facts correct. surely we need to pay the ball on the deck as a high ball is always a 50/50 and we win more than 50% especially White.

Wasn't at the game, was it as bad as iI heard it was. From games Ihave seen new signings don't seem to add much to the sqaud. Struggling to see where points will come from

Mullen needs to man up . He should be busting a gut if only to get a move to a bigger club. At this rate he will be at Berwick next season. Lazy and poor attitude. As for Hippo cut out the fancy shit your just making an arse of yourself. Can't see much cheer happening this season. 3 games in 1 goal and very few decent passages of play.

More excellent highlights from the game yesterday from livitv - thanks for your continued hard work but why so many empty seats in the main stand for only the second home league game of the season - why don't the board try and think outside the box with new ideas to bring fans, like myself, back. The majority of home fans must now be season ticket holders with very few patg.

Couldn't give the season tickets away ...nobody is interested . Football that they are playing will continue to scare people away .
