I think, if anything, more and more teams are moving away from an embroidered badge and going with a printed/pressed version now.
For me, the away shirt is a stinker. Thumbs down.

Agreed Papa Shango, it just raises expectations and we will have to try and play like Argentina every second week. I know it's a money maker, but I like the current purple away kit.

We won't wear the shirt every second week though will we? So your comment is completely irrelevant. To refer to the change kit as an "away" top these days is a complete misnomer; it is the second choice kit to avoid a colour clash, which will get an airing every now & again regardless simply to satisfy the kit sponsors.
