FC Livingston GS vs Olympique Lion
Sunday 10th May 2015
Energy Assets Arena, Livingston.
Kick Off - 5.30pm.
Slightly different from other years in that the kick off time is later than usual this time round.
In terms of the game, we'll have access to the stadium from 4.15pm and spectators can enter from 5pm. We'll be the home team this year, in the home changing rooms and in our black kit.
It'll be £10 per head for everyone at GS. Given the fact this is a fundraiser too, it's not a match fee we're paying so I'd be expecting everyone to part with a tenner. In fairness, no-one has ever not paid in all the years we've been doing this so I fully expect we'll keep that going.
The bar will be open afterwards for drinks and the usual post-match raffle. Please could you all try to bring a raffle prize along too. Not ideal with it falling the day after we need raffle prizes for the racenight but such is the way it is. The more prizes we can bring along, the more tickets folk will buy and the more money we'll raise in the end.
Dress code as usual will be shirt and trousers - suits and ties optional.
In terms if before the game, my suggestion would be that we all meet at the Saltire anytime from 1.30pm. Man City vs QPR will be on the TV, they do a decent selection of food, there's a bookies just next door and Morrisons is there to for everyone to pick up raffle prizes/juice etc before we head along to the ground. Could aim to meet there anytime from 1.30pm and leave at 4pm. Means folk can get food nice and early and not be bagged up for our game.
I'll also have the warm-up t-shirts ready for Sunday too so we'll have those for warming up in and can save the match shirts for kick off.
I think that covers everything but if not, ask away.
All we need now is to have you're availability and find out who has what kit.
