Ibra Sekajja has scored against both Hibs and Rangers recentlyStriker Ibra Sekajja insists his recent goalscoring exploits will count for nothing if Livingston fail to overcome Dumbarton at the Energy Assets Arena tomorrow. The former Inverness Caley Thistle frontman netted late on in the defeat to Hibs last Wednesday, his first goal for the Lions since his arrival in January, and was again on target at Ibrox last weekend as Livi claimed a well-deserved but rather unexpected point in what was an industrious performance from Mark Burchill’s men. And while the Ugandan-born player is relieved to have finally broken his duck since making the switch from the Highlands, the 22-year-old admits those recent efforts will be somewhat tarnished should the Championship’s bottom club fail to take all three points against Ian Murray’s visiting outfit. “We have to make it count this weekend, there’s no two ways about it,” Sekajja told the Evening News. “Of course, it’s been great to score recently where I’ve been in the right position at the right time and the target is to score again tomorrow and build on what I’ve done in the previous two games. But at the end of the day, it’s all about getting the win – that’s the most important thing. The point against Rangers won’t mean as much if we don’t get the three points tomorrow. www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/football/livingston/ibra-sekajja-urges-livi-team-mates-to-make-it-count-1-3723414

If he replicates his purple patch towards the end of his previous stint at the Vale then rock on...

Apparently he's been training with us for a couple of weeks as well. Kept that well under wraps!
Anyway, I hope we pump this mob! See you behind the goals.

What's the rumours about Boulding and young lassies all about then?

Surprise surprise! Mr Angry has heard rumours and pours negativity over otherwise positive news. Shock! No doubt he'd be on here after we've signed Messi saying that he's too small or he's missed some penalties recently. Yawn.............. I'm really up for it today. Looking forward to seeing Boulding again. Our defensive record is pretty good compared to those around us. But we've not scored enough. Now we have genuine options up front that could make all the difference.

One rather hopes that the boy Boulding returns to his scoring ways with us rather sharpish! Positivity would seem to be the message of the day! Go the Lions!

I wouldn't even watch us if we were playing in my back garden. Why take off our best player on the day, Pittman, for Hippo? Why throw on Jordan White? Why even start with just one bloody striker?
We're going down, and without even so much as a fight.

Jacobs substitution was forced on us but like Afro the other two changes were baffling. White is just an empty Jersey who delivers nothing positive, what was the point of getting Boulding to the club if you are not going to use him. Snatched defeat from a strong position . Was going to Alloa next week but not now. We are down now and the board have to take as much of the blame as the two " managers/coaches" they have appointed. 6 months without a home league win is pathetic.

Cannot believe that we threw the 3 points away today. What the feck was Kyle Jacobs playing at pissing about with the ball ina dangerous area when he could have had punted forward into their half, then to give away such a blatant foul right in front of goal, hang your head Kyle that equaliser was down to you.
As For Ibra, hero to zero, he should have buried at least two of those clear chances he had in the first half, simply not good enough.
Some baffling substitutions from Burchill as well.
Looks all over bar the shouting and as said earlier nobody to blame but the players and management.
No a happy man tonight.

Kyle Jacobs. Liability far too slow and runs around like a headless chicken.

That wasn't good enough. The players aren't good enough. The crowd wasn't good enough. It's looking like we're going down together, but apart.

First half we were the better side & should have been further ahead but for terrible finishing (no surprise there, we've hardly been firing on 3 never mind all cylinders on that front all season) Second half we were inept & seemed to miss the influence of Keaghan. Dumbarton were no great shakes either but as soon as they scored they were the only team looking likely to score again & sure enough they did. So for the second time this season we have lost at home to a team we hammered 5-1 away.
Best we can hope for now is to beat both Alloa & Cowdenbeath & hope they both lose their games; but with them playing each other we have to hope one beats the other which is to say that 9th is the best we can hope for.
