Our next game with Alloa is crucial and as a supporter base we are inherently bad at mid-week fixtures support wise, but we need every man, woman & child at this game to ROAR on the LIONS. My shout is Half price for all and U12’s are free to get in. A lot of people will disagree, but this match is not about money it’s about giving the team the biggest support we can in one of our most critical games of the season.
Time our local paper West Lothian Courier helped the fans with a full page spread at the back telling the people of West Lothian how important this game is along with the management of the club acting fast enough to ensure we can get as many in as we can.
We need all out club sponsors to pull in the same direction as the fans to get more than we would normally for a mid week Livi vrs Alloa match.
I hope the club, Sponsors & Local paper read this post.
Come on the LIONS!!!!!!!
LETS GET BEHIND THE LIONS!!!!!!!

I wish you well with your idea but feel it will meet with the same level of apathy from the people of West Lothian as many initiatives. Non Livi supporters are not going to come out and watch a game where the opposition is of the same calibre as ourselves. If it had been Rangers, Hearts, or Hibs then no chance of anything like this happening. Alloa may bring 80 to 100 supporters if we are lucky , the economics of half price don't compute weighed up against the potential crowd increase plus season ticket holders will have good grounds to gripe . If you are a Livi fan and can make it to the game then the club would expect you to be there.

I think we are all in agreement that we hope for a big turnout on Saturday but I fear for the chances of any type of discount due to the perilous state of the clubs finances! Put simply, I don't think the club can afford to lose money by lowering the prices by half when their is scant evidence that doing so will double the crowd.

We can sit back and think of a 100 reasons why it wouldn't work or we could be a real supporters' group get off our @rses and try to make that little difference. Given how important this game could turn out to be I am up for the latter.
It's not about money keep the prices the same, but any incentive pricing will help, but is not the be all & end all. In recent years we have done a FIVER for all maybe this game could be out FIVER for all game.
Let's make the LIONS ROAR!!!

Hamilton had their 10p game against Caley Thistle and only got 4000 people thru the door, given they usually have about 3000-3500 at the games and the majority of their fans are Season Ticket holders, then what did they gain for a few quid?
Scottish Football is not a draw for many people and even letting them in for free would not entice them to come out and see their local team, for a lot of them football is a something that comes on the TV and until Sky and BT stop overhyping and over paying for the rights to show English Premiership games that will continue

The "fiver for all" deal will only work on a Saturday against teams who bring a good support like Falkirk or Hibs (although not enough to sell out at the normal price e.g. Hearts). Not on a Tuesday night, against Alloa, as the attendance for this wouldn't be much better than it's going to be anyway.

The whole topic may become irrelevant for game vs Alloa anyway as there is a pitch inspection at 4.00pm

Shocked that the game is on ,would have thought it was solid ...as for the support I wouldn't put a penguin out on a night Like this, fully expect a crowd of around 400 tonight . Mon the Livi 3-0 home win .
