Stop reminding me what we should have been doing today. Any championship side would have been pleased with the draw we could have had. Ahhhhh!!!!

But if we had beaten Annan, the draw would have been different; we would have be drawn away to the remotest outpost left in the competition.

I took in Bo'ness v Arbroath then Braehead Clan v Cardiff Devils.
5-0 flattered Arbroath who were very poor, and it was just mistake after mistake from Bo'ness who looked more than comfortable. It was a repeat of Linlithgow Rose v Raith Rovers before and both didn't really deserve to go out.
5 goals followed up by 10 goals in a 7-3 thriller made for a very good Saturday for me!

I read with interest one time a suggestion that as football is meant to be about entertainment, that competitions such as the league should be decided by goals scored. This created a lively debate on the other forum when it was still alive. If I remember correctly one person argued that typically the same teams would still win, but a bigger financial reward could be gained by the likes of Swansea and Leicester. It seems that there is little argument that you received great value for money with your weekend. Maybe the next off week we should plan a coach?
