Fingers crossed both are back fit as soon as possible. The more competition we've got for places the better. Not only that but Mensing was a rock at the back in the many games last season so good to have his presence in there again.
Livingston pair Keaghan Jacobs and Simon Mensing are both expected to be back from injury earlier than expected. Jacobs is in line to be fit for the Championship season opener against Hibs, while Mensing has discovered he does not need a back operation and will be available before the end of the year (Daily Express).
