Just seen this story on the Official Site - www.livingstonfc.co.uk/news/news_20140529_1.phpI use Joma kits for both teams I play for and I've always found them to be really decent. A few teams in Scotland have started using them recently too - St Johnstone, Partick Thistle, QOTS, Dunfermline... Good to hear that Football Nation will be taking over the running of the club shop too. Fingers crossed they'll be able to use their expertise to spruce the place up a bit and get merchandise flying out the door. Looking forward to seeing the new kits!

That's an interesting development with Football Nation taking over the club shop. Wonder how this will see things like the range of available items, opening times/staffing levels change?
Joma sounds decent. Hopefully with them we'll manage to get away from the banana yellow strips we've had in recent years!

Can't wait to see the new kit although a wee bit disappointed that the 'Barcelona' away kit is being shelved after just one year - really like that one. Fingers crossed this seasons away kit is a corker too!
I know people say it all the time but it would be good if we just changed one strip a season like we used to do back in the day. So for instance, come next season, we'd keep the same home top but change the away. Then the season after that, we'd keep the same away top but change the home top. That way fans/families are only having to shell out for one top a season and we'd maybe even sell more since people wouldn't have to pick between two - they could simply get the new one for that season and you'd get two season out of every top.

What's this football nation all about? How is it they this lot will be staffing the club shop? Is this so the club can sack it's own employees to save a buck?

The shop was staffed by volunteers from the LFL trust so it will mean they'll be freed up to offer their help in other areas next season while FN use their expertise in retail to hopefully maximise revenue in the shop.

Anyone heard anything about the new kits for next season then? The story on the Livi website says that the new home kit will be launched in late June but haven't heard anything on colours? Would assume the home one will be a yellow/amber concoction of sorts but the away one is just a guessing game?
It'll all be starting again in no time!

With the signings we've made not being announced until the 23rd I wouldn't be surprised if that's the same day we reveal the kits. David Robertson showing off the home and the striker we've signed showing off the away or something like that.
