Noticed on the Spartans website last night that we're scheduled to be taking part in the Ronnie Swan Challenge Cup pre-season tournament at their place on Sat 12th July & Sun 13th July. It'll be ourselves, Spartans, Falkirk and Dunfermline. www.spartansfc.com/2014/05/26/pre-season-plans-confirmed/So we'll play one of the 3 on the Saturday and the other two will play with both losers and both winners meeting on the Sunday. Not sure if we'll be sending our first XI or if it'll be a youth team going. Sure we'll hear more nearer the time.

Looks as though Falkirk have an away friendly at Woking on the the 12th July so not sure what kind of team they will have there.

Yes, it might be for mainly fringe players or something like that. It still looks like a nice little warmup for the coming season though. Spartans is a friendly little club too so should be a good atmosphere too.

Hopefully we dodge Falkirk and get games against Spartans and Dunfermline instead. There's already a potential for us to play Falkirk 10 times this season as it is (4 league, 2 Scot Cup, 1 League Cup, 1 Challenge Cup, 2 play-offs)! I think I'll maybe head along on the Sunday and hopefully see us lift a wee trophy!

It's no a bad wee set up they've got down at Spartans but it doesn't accommodate many fans. Mibbe 300 tops.

Looks like we're playing Dunfermline at 1pm on the Saturday with Spartans playing Falkirk at 3pm.
