"As members will be aware the Trust AGM due to be held in February had to be postponed since there were insufficient members in attendance to carry out the legally required business. The Trust board recognise that many members have work and other commitments which make it difficult or impossible for them to attend. We would however ask that as many members as possible attend the "re-run" this Sunday 23rd March, 12.00 at the Energy Assets Arena.
The main statutory business normally takes around half an hour after which there will be a short break for anyone wishing to leave before the floor is opened to general questions. The board will be grateful for your attendance."
