Wonder if this will survive the weather? Currently -1 in Cowdenbeath and not meant to rise to any more than 1 today with snow forecast later tonight.
The St Johnstone game was always going to be a tough one but I thought we competed well and even dominated for the last 20 minutes or so. The win against Morton the week before was excellent so hopefully we carry this form into tomorrow. We really need to win this and get ourselves a few points away from the teams at the bottom. The bigger the gap, the more breathing space there is and the more relaxed the players can be which will hopefully result in some better football given a lack of serious pressure.
Burchill and Twardzik both looked lively late on against St J so wouldn't mind seeing tem start/introduced earlier if need be.

I agree with Livi Lions above. We need to beat them to get further up the league to give us breathing space. I think we will. Oh for a Craig Barr rocket effort goal this time!

What are the chances of Dycey bagging himself another hatty? There's a hammering in the air. #rubbish

Couldn't stop laughing at the final whistle. I cannie believe we won that, but a dinnie care! They'll feel like they were robbed, and they'd be right, but a dinnie care! At two nil down it looked as though it could have been a right bad day with more goals against to come but McGlynn made a couple of changes, the players knuckled down and the remarkable turnaround started. The angry shouty 'Beath fans were stunned into silence after our 3rd and they pretty much, to a man, all troop out together. Talk about sickened?! Ha ha! Don't you just love the fitbaw?!

Andy Barrowman is clearly delighted at leveling the game at two apiece. Livi went on to record a three goals to two win thanks to a close range 92nd minute winner from Sparky McNulty. Cowdenbeath 2-3 Livingston SPFL Championship Sat 7th Dec '13

Thought we'd had our chips when we went 2 down; great fightback; last season we were losing games in the last few minutes, nice to see we have changed that habit around

Well it wasn't quite the hammering that some were suggesting, who me? Still a brilliant way to win a game that we done next to nothing in for 75 minutes. The reaction from the Cowdenbeath fans was even more colourful in real life than the highlights show. I thought one guy was going to explode! Now that would have been funny.

Sparky's winner was sweet karma for those foul mouthed cretins! There's just no need. How very nineteen seventies of them.

The easiest win we'll get all season - Cowden rarely threatened throughout...infact, wait..!
How we got 3 points from that is beyond me?! Even at 2-0, Cowdenbeath kept pressing and were unlucky not to grab a 3rd. You did get that wee feeling that when we pulled the first goal back, it knocked the stuffing out of them and we might just nick a draw - to get the win though, wow!
Very poor, flat performance for the first 75 minutes - we were rarley in it. What a difference Denholm and Wilkie made though - running at the opponents, trying to create things. It was Denholm's cross that created the first and Wilkie's fight down the left and ball into the box that eventually lead to the winner. Must have given themselves a shout for a start because our misfield has looked a bit tired lately.
We've not won 3 league games in a row since March 2011. We go into the Hamilton game on the back of two league wins - it'd be superb if we got a third on the bounce!
