Heard hes looked good in training hopefully he is asking for a wage within our budget, reasonable track record and a older player, only 28 so not old just comparing him to our youthfull squad.

Think he showed some good touches on Saturday. He'll definitely give us more of a physical presence upfront. Hopefully he doesn't get the same treatment from refs that Deucher did - constantly having fouls given against him just for challenging for the ball.
Fancy him to grab a goal tonight!

Fancy him to grab a goal tonight! You should have put some money on that! He's looked good so far but I hope we don't resort to punting it long for him all the time now - got a bit 'kick and rush' at times last night althought he done well to hold the ball up. |

Looking back at the article when Barrowman signed, it says he'd "signed until January 2014".
Does that mean he's now left us? Or is he here until the end of January? Either way, hopefully we can get him tied up until the end of the season - think him and Sparky have struck up a decent partnership and he's also linked up well with Burchill late on in games when we've made changes.

According to Andy his agreement is up on Saturday; whether that means he will play on his last day or not I suppose we'll have to wait and see.
I believe he's currently waiting to hear from the club although a significant number of Pars supporters are making noises about wanting him back there.

Hopefully we offer him something shortly then and get him tied up as we'd be left short if we lost both him and Sparky this month.

With Burchill getting in on the goals on Saturday, it's good that (once Barrowman is fit) we've got 3 good strikers that are all capable of doing a turn.
