The entry fee usually has to be paid by 1st December for this lads. That'll likely still be the case but this year, if you pay a £50 deposit towards your entry fee before Friday 18th October, you get a discount on the total so works out very slightly cheaper.
So as per usual, looking for £20 entry fee from everyone looking to go. Ideally looking for everyone to have paid this into me before Friday 18th October and that way it's done, out the way and I can pay the deposit to ensure we get a bit of a discount. I know it's shorter notice than usual but given it's just into August, there's still two paydays before that deadline so think that's still sufficient time to get £20 in for this.
I'll explain in better detail at the game on Saturday but aye, really just looking for folk to start getting their £20 entry fees in as soon as they can. Plus, the quicker you get it paid, it's out the way and forgotten about and means I'll have a bit of a float to work with when organising the RaceNight and what not.
I'll keep a wee list on the go to keep track of who's paid. Cheers.

Thanks to the 9 boys who've paid their £20 deposit so far - that's allowed me to pay the clubs deposit to enter us into WorldNet 2014 a bit earlier and mean we'll get a wee discount off the remainder of the fee when I pay that.
We'll need to get that paid before the end of the year so if you haven't yet paid your £20 entry fee, you have until Sunday 1st December to do so. This is the deadline for getting it in - that doesn't mean you need to wait until then and leave me chasing around last minute. If you can get it to me quicker, that'd be ideal.
So aye - deadline for paying your £20 entry fee is now Sunday December 1st but a huge thank you to the 9 who've paid already - much appreciated!

14 names down for WorldNet just now and Richie's paying this week to take it to 15. Need the £20 deposits in for Sunday 1st December so if you haven't done so already, get in touch sharpish.
Accomodation details have just been confirmed and it's just the same as last year. So £50 per person for the weekend. £15 due in for mid-February (Monday 17th Feb) and the remaining £35 by mid-May (Mon 19th May).

I'll let fellow Lancastrians know to avoid Preston City Centre that weekend then unless they don't intend sleeping near the uni :-)

That's all the deposits in for the 20 who've put their names down. So now need the remaining £35 for accom before Mon 19th May. Happy to take it anytime - doesn't have to wait until May if you'd rather get it out the way.

A reminder that your remaining £35 for accomodation is due in before Monday 19th May.
That's the bus now booked too. Usual company were unavailable so we'll be travelling with Prentice Westwood this year. 49 seater as usual though and it's £80 cheaper in total than last year. So that means, before any fundraising, it'll be £78.50 per head. However, hopefully we'll at least half that cost with the racenight. Doesn't need paid until mid June anyway so I'll let you all know what you're due once the Racenight is done.
They've got us marked in to leaving from the Stadium at 10am on the Friday morning - not had any details on British Cup final/Scotland vs England so thought it was best to plan to leave early and I can always change that if needed but I know I much prefer to get up and head away as early as possible! :-)

That's us all paid up for accomodation now.
The bus money will be due early to mid June. Obviously don't know exactly how much that will be until after the racenight but given we normally raise around £800 on the night, if we raise the same this year, then you'd be looking at £35-£40 each for the bus.
Just a rough estimate and a bit of a heads up so you can budget accordingly come pay day.

After totalling up the racenight takings and deducting costs, it'll be £43 each for the coach this year. Need this in ASAP lads so let me know your plans as soon as you can.

Need the £43 bus money in no later than Friday 20th June boys - the sooner you can get it to me the better though.

Not yet but going on past years, I reckon somewhere in the region of 6.30pm.
We've been drawn alongside Man Utd SFC, AFC Chorley and KaisAyr in Group D for the Saturday.

The final on the Friday night confirmed for a 6.30pm KO.
Our schedule for the Saturday is -
11am - AFC Chorley 1.15pm - Man Utd 2.45pm - KaisAyr
We'll be in the black kits for the cup final on the Friday then the yellow kits for the games on the Saturday (Chorley - red or black, Man Utd - red or black, KaisAyr - black and white). We can wait and see who we're playing on the Sunday before deciding what kit we'll be wearing for that.
Mark McGinty has the yellow kit and Chris Love has the black kit and footballs.
Here's the room lists for this year too. We've been allocated 5 flats - 53, 57, 58, 59 and 60. Flats 53 and 59 have 5 rooms, the other 3 have 4 rooms. Obviously in the flats, the rooms are number 1 to 4 (or 1 to 5). The number you've been allocated is the room you must stay in/put your stuff in. The Uni are being a bit stricter this year in terms of who's staying where so make sure you take note just now of what flat you're in and what room number is yours.
Flat 53 (5 rooms) - 1. Kevin Greenan. 2. Mark McGinty. 3. Jordan McAlpine. 4. Stuart Heggie. 5. Callum McKinven. Flat 57 (4 rooms) - 1. Darren Keith. 2. Graham Yorke. 3. Darren O'Neill. 4. Scott Munro. Flat 58 (4 rooms) - 1. Scott Johnston. 2. Dave Black. 3. Richie Kay. 4. Darryll Butler. Flat 59 (5 rooms) - 1. Wullie McDonald. 2. Dougie Shaw. 3. Craig Bowman. 4. Dean Bremner. 5. Andy Crawford. Flat 60 (4 rooms) - 1. Paul Miller. 2. Richard Harrison. 3. Tom Cheeseman. 4. Stephen Lyon.
Here's the email from the organisers about the Uni this year, just so everyone knows what's what.
So obviously I'm the contact name, we'll pick the keys up when we arrive at the Halls on the Friday, everyone must fill in the wee registration card again - name, address and phone number then on the Sunday morning before we leave for the games, you pass the keys back to me and we hand them all in. If you lose your key or don't hand it back in, it'll be a £25 charge.
Seems pretty straight forward to me. Any questions, get in touch.

Also, I should ask, we're taking 21 bodies down with us. Is there any of the 21 who aren't bothered about playing? I don't even think we can register 21 (I'm sure it's 20 - will know for sure later in the week) but we also don't have enough kit for 21 outfield players.
if it turns out all 21 do want to play then we'll just have to sort something out but if there is anyone who isn't arsed and is quite happy just to come down for the beer side of things, if you say now, that'd be ideal :-)
