Just seen on twitter that after playing as a trialist on Saturday, Tony Andreu has just signed a one year deal with Hamilton.
Don't fancy coming up against him this season. Top, top player who I'd have loved us to keep.

Agreed, bad news that he has gone to another side in our division. Presumably they were able to offer him more than we could.....or did we even try to keep him? Would be even more disappointing if we simply let him go without trying to keep him

Can't believe this! Hamilton had the best player in the division last year with that Canadian lad and now they've snapped up ours for this season. I fear this will haunt us.

If you'd asked me at Christmas, Tony was a no-brainer for my Player of the Season, but I think he faded as the season went on, especially after Collins left the club. So maybe a wee bit of a loss, but not a major one. He;s guaranteed to score against us at some point though

I honestly thought that he was our best player over the course of last year and was surprised he didn't pick up any of the awards at the end of season bash.
I'd assumed it was simply a case of him looking to move onto bigger and better things this year so choosing a sideways move to Hamilton is a turn up for the books.
Good luck to him - just not against us.

So maybe a wee bit of a loss, but not a major one. He;s guaranteed to score against us at some point though I'd disagree with that last bit and say I reckon he is a major loss and a major coup for Hamilton. Scougall aside, I reckon Tony is better than any of the other midfielders we have on the books. No surprise that he featured in nearly every game last season. Like Pedro, I thought he'd take a step up - whether that be SPL or a move down south so really surprised to see him sign for them. Wonder if HAFC are spending more money than they should to try and ensure a top four finish.

He was always brilliant in the games I managed to catch last season. He'll do wonders for HAFC next season. Shame we couldn't keep hold of him

Gutted to see we'll come up against Tony this season - absolutely brilliant player to watch last season. Thought he was much better than this level.
