We've got a decent record against Airdrie in recent times, first home game of the season aside.
They've been rank rotten of late and have shipped near on 100 goals this season. I know we've not been firing on all cylinders the past few games either but we've got to look to lift and make sure we get the win tomorrow to try and secure that third place.
Seen Scougall on twitter saying he had new boots and was hopeful of wearing them before the season was out so it'd be good to see him back in the midfield to give us a bit of flair.
A convincing win would be good for the management team too aswell as lifting the spirits ahead of the POTY at night :-)
COLTS.

Maybe if the weather could be better it may be a great day out with the good chance of a victory.

Livingston to do all they can to end season on high
By CALUM LESLIE
LIVINGSTON captain Liam Fox vowed the players will do everything to try and end the season on a high – after it was announced the midfielder would leave the club at the end of the campaign, after seven years in West Lothian.
Fox is not expected to be the only player to depart the side, with the financial realities of Scottish football hit home.
And as the Lions take on Airdrie tomorrow, the club’s record appearance holder said he will cherish the memories he has from his time at the Braidwood Motor Company Stadium.
He said: “It’s honestly been a proper privilege.
“We’ve won back to back titles, it looks like we might finish third in the league this year, which is fantastic, and playing with these guys is brilliant and enjoyable.
“There are also the friendships we’ve all made over the last three or four years or more. We can look back in a few years’ time and remember the titles we’ve won.
“That’s something not a lot of people get, being together so long and that’s been a massive, massive plus for me.”

Giving Airdrie Reunited a good old fashioned pumping will set the evening up nicely for the Player of the Year awards. See you behind the goals. COLTS!

Airdrie are a funny concept to get your head around. Sometimes you feel angry towards them because of the many times they have benefited from the demise of other clubs. Then you feel sorry for them as in their catchment area, all the bigots bus themselves in to join up with the others for a bigot seminar. I imagine that all their potential players, (youth) are similarly mopped up by the bigot magnet. Still glad we beat them

Still glad we beat them Agreed. We bossed them pretty much from start to finish. Could have been more but for the penalty save and a cracking last gasp tackle on Beanie when he must have thought he was a shoe-in to slot it home. Poor crowd though. 650 in total. Well done to the 146 Livi fans who attended (head count approx 2 mins into 2nd half). A welcome return to form just in time to gub Raith Rovers this weekend and claim 3rd for our own.

Livingston beat Airdrie
LiVINGSTON assistant boss Mark Burchill hailed his side’s performance after they beat Airdrie United 2-0 in their final away match of the season.
Goals from Craig Barr and Jesus Garcia Tena secured the victory and Burchill said: “We deserved the points. We played great football.”
Craig Barr nodded home Jordon Morton’s corner in the first half before Iain Russell saw his second-half penalty saved by Kenny Arthur after Barr was hauled down by Ricki Lamie.
Arthur, though, was left helpless as Tena’s stunning 30-yard free kick flew into the net ten minutes from time.

We seem to do well on a plastic pitch. Is that because they (Airdrie) are not very good or should we think of using one?
