Was at the UFO rock band last orders tour in Edinburgh so missed the game but saw some on tv thought the chaps were or looked great. Great season no relegation issues brilliant season. Like Mogg & Co from UFO they who have had 50 years of music however the similarities lie with the following like Livingston FC unreckonsised with the general public.
There will be people here not understanding me but hey I don't give a fuk.

There are quite a few great rock bands that go unrecognised or even dismissed by the general public UFO were never one of my favourites - although I do like Tyketto who were formed by singer Danny Vaughn who got his break with Waysted after Pete Way left UFO.
We don’t always agree but I certainly agree that Livi are under appreciated by the general public in much the same way as some excellent rock bands are. Even the mighty Iron Maiden don’t get the appreciation they deserve and they have probably had more hits than most in the rock/metal genre.
I thought we played well last night & deserved more than we got. I thought the ref was poor in a lot of little aspects rather than in glaring ones. I thought both teams played some good football & we coped pretty well without Captain Halkett. We could have done better on their opener as it was another of those corners that we didn’t deal with & the ball dropped to a free Hibs player, we then missed a good chance to equalise & within minutes were 2 down. The amount of injury time added was ludicrously low. 4 mins & he didn’t add any more than that despite a goal & a substitution in the added time. There were two lengthy stoppages in the second half, one when Kamberi went down & the other when Brown was hurt, both of those took around 3 - 5 mins so added time of 4 mins was a joke. The ref also stopped the game while we were on the attack because McNulty was down & yet he made a miraculous recovery once the game was halted... and it wasn’t a head knock.

Maiden concert was awesome, the best band I have gone to see, even better than AC/DC, although Freddie Mercury put on a great show with Queen. Loudest was Saxon, my ears were ringing all next day. I'm digressing back to my youth here, so getting back to football.
I enjoyed the game, not a classic but we played well and stopped Hibs from playing in the first half, and we really should've went in one nil up with Sibbald having a golden chance to score.
Second half was more even but still thought we had more chances to score than Hibs, at least four counting Sibbald's, and Hardie almost stuck one away with his curling shot too. Hibs were more clinical though and that's what done us.
Despite Robbo missing a great chance to score I thought he had a cracking game, for a small player he can really harass big defenders and win a lot of balls against them. Erskine is growing on me too, looks much better playing in midfield.
Disappointed not to get anything but can't fault the effort we put in, if we could just be a bit more clinical with our chances like we were in the first half of the season.

We more than matched them until maybe 5 or ten minutes before they scored. We had lost our shape a little thus the two substitutions. We could have equalised before their second and after that we matched them again and, penalty apart, had possibly three really decent chances to score before the end. We're not taking our chances and that's what is hurting us right now. Only two wins in 13 games now.
