Seen on twitter that big JCAGTL is away to Spain to see family this weekend as his yellow card against Airdrie means he's suspended for the Raith game.
Paul Watson made a brief return against Cowden and Falkirk but limped off in the latter and hasn't featured in the last two games so looks like he's out too.
Wonder who'll partner Mango in the middle of our defence on Saturday?
Callum Fordyce is there as is Coll Donaldson from the reserves. The reserves play tonight so could be dependant on how that goes. I'm sure we've tucked McCann into the middle when we've struggled before too - he might go in there and have Talbot & Booth on each side.
Tough decision for Richie Burke anyway.

That's a pity about big JCAGTL. As leaky as our defence has been he's really slotted in well and we could have done without him missing this weekend. Is it only for the one game? A bit of shuffling around for Richie Burke. If he's still in the hot seat, that is (before anyone else says it ).

Just read last nights brief match report from the reserves 4-0 win over Raith Rovers and the last line may be a wee indicator as to JCAGTL's replacement this weekend. The game saw Jason Talbot successfully complete a full ninety minute run out, most of it spent partnering Fordyce in central defence. www.livingstonfc.co.uk/news/news_20130306_1.php

Id rather we put talbot to left back and started fordyce in the middle with barr if both tena and watson are out. Not a big fan of booth.

Heard from some fans last night that Watson should be fit for tomorrow so I'd imagine we'll see him and Barr in the middle of defence.

Going by the issue date of the list of suspensions, Jesus was probably already on his way to/already in Spain when the club found out he was actually available for the Raith game (He tweeted a pic at Thursday tea time of the temperature where he was in Spain). Bit of a cock-up maybe but ultimately no harm done.
As you say though, better to not play a player in a game he's eligible for than to play him in one he isn't.

Looks to me as if JCAGTL and the club realised he picked up his sixth booking against Airdrie and knew that would be a one game suspension. He likely asked if he could go home to see family given he was suspended, club agreed then the SFL/SFA didn't issue the list to later in the week, stating that he'd be banned for this weekend instead of last.
No harm done though as the boys went to Raith, won and kept a clean sheet. Sure there would have been some grumping and groaning had we lost then this came out.
Now means Watson has a chance to fight for his place in the team - competition is healthy :-)
