Morelos actually kicked an Aberdeen player while off the ball and didn't get banned, McHugh went flying elbow first right into the back of Gallagher's head, bursting it open and didn't get the CO offering a ban, not sure intent gets you banned when actual contact doesn't warrant punishment, not in agreement that it was intent either, standing that close you wouldn't fail to make good contact if you were intent in doing so. It seems a bit fuzzy what gets you into trouble respectively this season, who you play for certainly helps though.

McHugh then got 2 soft yellows against the Govanites - so the beaks got him another way.
Morellos & McGregor both got away with worse but wouldn’t have if they played for us... Naismith also got away with something
It’s not really that fuzzy - if you play for a wee team then expect to be punished
Regardless of contact his motion conveys (suggests, can be interpreted as) intent... only Dolly knows what his actual intentions were - & the replay I saw today shows contact, soft contact but contact nonetheless.

A two match ban is what I expected for such stupid actions.
It's his team mates who will suffer now against Rangers and Motherwell.
Someone needs to take him aside and tell him that's not on. It plays right into our detractors who claim we're just a bunch of no skill cloggers.
