I hope we pump this mob!
It looks like we're taking through a decent support for this one so hopefully the team give the fans a performance they can get right behind!
I think, tbh, I'm not expecting to get anything from the game, points wise, but if the players give it their all that's all we can hope for.

Keep it tight at the back and get our midfield three to buzz around them constantly and we'll maybe nick a goal on the counter, i'd be delighted with a draw, but a low scoring defeat would also be decent enough so our morale was still intact. It would be something else if we could beat them though, they're the only SPFL team we've never won against.

Aye to all of that.
My first time at Parkhead & we are making our own way as I’m picking up one of my lads from Dundee that morning.
Any suggestions for parking would be appreciated

Parking is along London Road. There’s a whisky bond on the left on the way towards the stadium and wee Jakies will undoubtedly off to “watch your motor mister” for a couple of quid with a veiled threat. There’s a Celtic Supporters’ Club a little closer to the ground, also on the left, where they charge for the privilege of being on a grassy area rather than the street. Either way, allow 15 minutes to walk along from there. We’ve got the corner area to the right of the main (lowest) stand. Expect nothing from the game, on or off the pitch. You’ll come away realising the enormity of the chasm between the clubs.

Well great to see a large turnout going to the game I will be up in usual Celtic No7 restaurant for the game but will be great to see hopefully the Livi end full.
Don't expect anything from the game anything up to 5-0 would be acceptable great just to put in a decent performance.

Can’t wait for the game tomorrow. A good, colourful and vocal away support is always helpful for our players at a venue where we all know to expect no favours. There are no 50/50 decisions when you play the OF.
Even so, I’d like to think that our fans will show the players how much it means to be there to support them. We’re there with them, all the way.
All that nonsense off the pitch is never going to change. On the pitch, it’s a mid-match but it’s the games against Hamilton and St Mirren and Dundee that will define our season.
Can’t wait! Come on Livi!

My previous experiences going to Celtic Park is a couple of 5-1 defeats and a narrow 3-2 defeat, so maybe i'm a jinx, wont be there tomorrow so if we win i'll know it is me jinxing them going there. Mon the Lions, go get the three points.

Good luck to the Livi Lions!
Will be interesting to see the team. Pity Hardie is still a bit away from being fit.

FT: 3-0 Celtic began their Scottish Premiership title defence with a comfortable win over promoted Livingston. The champions eased ahead after eight minutes through Tom Rogic's looping header from a Jonny Hayes cross. Odsonne Edouard turned in Olivier Ntcham's scuffed shot after 26 minutes, and Ntcham added a penalty five minutes after the break. With the final touch of the ball, Scott Robinson scored a consolation for Livingston after slack defending. That goal was not enough to prevent player-manager Kenny Miller suffering defeat in his first league match in charge. And the outcome was not sufficient to leave Celtic at the top of the table, with Brendan Rodgers side behind Hearts on goals scored. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44989607

I think we can take quite a few positives from this game. The team kept their shape and worked hard. Many teams would have crumbled after going 2-0 after only 26 minutes.
Celtic got a very, very soft penalty, but we had a very good shout turned down. (if only we had VAR!).
I reckon we have a right good chance against most teams on our own patch.
C'mon the Livi Lions!

Agreed EC... but there is also some learning to do, most especially by the manager because we improved & looked more like ourselves once he went off.
It’s early days but Kaja looks a real find.

Good shift today. Celtic are a good side so no shame in losing 3-1. Better teams than us will go there and lose by a bigger margin. It’s a tough one to judge but I was encouraged overall. Defended well and restricted them to a few real chances. Looked good when Lawless and McMillan came on. Kara might cause lesser teams problems. With Hardie, Sibbald and Raffa still to come back, and Jacobs and Cadden on the bench, there lots to be excited about. Come on Livi! 👏👏👏
