Well where to begin at this the first encounter that we could see the team for the first time.
What a lovely night very warm, great drive to Dumfries I passed the new Livi supporters bus the all new Smart car it was half full though.
Apologies slight pinch of a sarcastic remark there.
So how was the travelling support on Mr Millars first game in front of his new fans. Boisterous? Noisey? Emmmmm No. Usual suspects around the 37 I think I counted hardly the travelling support you would expect but holidays,Friday night, world cup, cheap booze, nice weather, Bbqs, low flying seagulls, the fiver to get in, no room on supporters bus, long way to travel, eastenders etc, would have no doubt affected the anticipated crowd.
So the game, how did we play? Yes we played or at least we turned up, Difficult to assert anything as it was a typical pre season friendly so our big test will be this weekend when we play a competitive game against a decent side so the Livi bandwagon with Mr Millar at the helm, roles into a season that hopefully could cement us a competitive team that once again is able to encourage those of West Lothian to come out and support us.

Some of us - do not get in from work in time to attend mid week or Friday games be it during the season or pre season friendlies.

Nice to see our newly promoted team having less than 40 people going to the game (Airdrie) and how dare you comment on 40.000 souls at ibrox being unemployed
Are we in the right league?? (Supporters wiseðŸ¤)

Did 40 Livi fans turn up a day early?
Pretty sure there'll be more than that travelling through tomorrow though.

(Supporters wiseðŸ¤) How dare I? Cause I’m incredibly brave? Did I offend you? You’ll get over it. 40000 souls who aren’t honest enough to admit their team died a few years ago & the team they are now watching has less history than we do. I dunno, some people need a sense of humour transplant.

I think that all has been said is that and I agree there seems a lack of support I'm not sure who's wooshing who now. Anyways, I wouldn't get my knickers in a twist about how many got to a pre season friendly down in Dumfries, it's hardly an indicator for how well the team will be supported this season. I doubt the four thousand and odd that attended the play off games will be there but we should see an increase on last season's sub thousand.
