I have it on good authority he is going to Real Madrid. If it is not his salary or the budget then I look forward to his statement later. Nobody resigns unless they have already accepted another deal elsewhere. |

I wonder why he's not taking his sidekick with him? Predictably inflammatory and characteristically negative comments from Mr Angry. In the real world though, “his sidekick” was an intrinsic part of the back-to-back success we’ve just experienced. Whatever your personal prejudices against him, at least have the courtesy and dignity to acknowledge it - even if your dislike is as deep seated as it seems. I’ve spoken to most players and they regard Davie Martindale very highly. That’s good enough for me. I’d like him to stay and he may be influential in persuading the key players to hang around for another year too. For the manager’s role, we’d do worse than getting Jim Duffy. Great experience and consistently performs miracles with small budgets. |

I said on a previous post with ref to our new pitch I felt that we should be investing in David H and his playing staff- f**k the pitch.
A good fully paid groundsman would have put paid to that.
Anyway life goes on.
If DH goes to a bigger club then good luck David and thank you for all you have done.
