Depends, maybe he'd want to take DM with him.
There are a few fairly experienced managers currently out of work, so we would have an opportunity to get someone fresh in without any compensation to pay.
Personally I hope United go for Yogi, they deserve each other.

I don't think we need to worry about Hoppy leaving, just paper talk, sticking up names and both Hoppy and Aitken were mentioned.
Hughes has had an interview for the job today and Jim McIntyre would be more likely for the Utd job too, both having more experience over Hoppy and Aitkin. Personally think it would be funny if they appointed Hughes, i'd really be looking forward to our next game against them.
