Please dont just dismiss this idea.
If I remember correctly Carlisle played a young man from a popular male ensemble. The result that although not a great player the attendance increase by 5000 every time he played.
So my suggestion is why not approach a celebrity be it a player coach or to become owner to try and get a similar reaction.
We have no money, we have a dark future, what harm can it possible do to get someone with a bit of fame and get them to run about for 30 minutes every other week. (we only benefit from home games)

Don't think livimoaner will know boy band members names. I vaguely remember it but can't remember who it was, might've been somebody from One Direction.

Louis Tomlinson of One Direction signed professional forms for Doncaster Rovers in 2013 and in 2014 was part of a consortium who purchased the club. Think he only played a couple of reserve games as he was a bit precious . You guys need to get down with the kids!

I might believe that such an idea could generate a fair bit of interest, yes I do believe the idea is firming up nicely.
