Must win game etc etc.......
Nothing to lose now so may as well try and end the season with three wins and see what happens with Dumbarton, you never know, it just might get interesting if we can close the gap to 2 points this weekend.
Mon the Livi Lions.

Looking forward to this game!
I've honestly no idea how we'll get on but obviously hoping for the win.
A few beers and an afternoon at the fitbaw are what Saturdays were made for. See you behind the goals.

Masochistic tendencies eh Pedro?
Expecting another defeat, I suspect Hopkin is still saying it's not a must win game...he's been saying that for a while and we've failed to win three so the team have obviously followed his lead

How will Martindale and Hopkin set us up for this one? Surely have to go with both Buchanan and big White up top?

Looking forward to this one!! It's got the feeling of the away game versus Cowdenbeath last season when we won 2-1 then drew at home to Rangers in the midweek after it.
Worth remembering too that in that Cowdenbeath game, it was 0-0 at half time and we actually went 1-0 down before coming back to win. If it doesn't start well tomorrow then hopefully we'll get back in to it like we did that day.
A win for us and a loss for Dumbarton and it really is game on!

Qots are lucky that we have been as poor as we have because they aren't really that much further ahead of us points wise. if we beat them tomorrow then we would be 8 points behind them - had we managed to to pick up a few more points here or there then they would have been in trouble.
Annoying that they just sacked their manager as I think that may have a positive affect on them but we need to go right at them and go for the win. No point being defensive now!

You're right, no point being defensive but I suspect that Hoppy will set them up not to lose as usual...with the usual outcome of a defeat.

Was nice to see the players give up during the game. A right slap in the face to the supporters that made the long trip down to Dumfries.
Time Martindale & his cohorts bolted from Livi FC

The players downed tools at 2-1. Not one of them tried a leg after that. The 3rd goal was a boot in the balls of every fan who bothered their arse to make the journey down to Dumfries. It was disgraceful! And Martindale and Hopkin stood on the touchline and did f**k all about it, the pair of imposters that they are.

He has no real coaching experience at this level and rumours are its his gig and Hopkin follows his instruction.

I've no idea what Martindale thinks he adds down there. Rumours of a dodgy deal with Rankine to install him directly into the dugout persist but at what cost to the stability of the club? It's like everything has turned to shit since Rankine and Martindale have been involved. Gordon Ford might as well stay over in Wyoming, or wherever it is in the states for al the good he is as our alleged major shareholder.

Such a disappointing display yesterday. After being under pressure and conceding possession for much of the first half - without really looking like falling behind - we scored an excellent goal against the run of play. But the second have was awful. Beanie, yet again, should be ashamed of himself for winning a penalty and deceiving the referee. He has a particular diving style that causes him to defy the laws of physics and fall up the way. He's done it throughout his career and we suffered from it yesterday. When it went to 1-1, the collapse was embarrassing. Strange substitutions again. Then the referee ordered off Kidd for (I assume) his rant at being penalised for a foul when he was clearly being fouled by Longridge and Pittman. We need to freshen things up for the last two games and try something different before the games against Stranraer or Airdrie or Albion Rovers...........whichever it is, they'll be in a high and fighting tooth and nail. We were gutless yesterday.

Based on their final games I think it will be Stranraer...and I don't fancy our chances

What's all this about Martindale and Hopkin not even watching the last five minutes yesterday, instead choosing to stand with their backs to the game?

Disappointed but not surprised that Russell won them a penalty with his antics yesterday. No doubt we benefitted from his diving when he was here but it's annoying that refs are still falling for his OTT tumbles. What was more disappointing was the team giving up the ghost in the second half. There seemed no commitment and no urgency on the park and a total lack of understanding from the sidelines of how to change things. I can't say I'm filled with confidence for the playoffs.

There has been too much of that attitude this season, which is why we are 9th and looking likely to lose out in the play offs
