Another huge game in the British Cup - this time away to Coventry.
Having given everyone the option to nominate the way they wanted to do this, the winner was for us to go down and back up on the same day. So at this stage, it's looking like we might get a chance to kick-off around 1pm - with it being a 5 hour trip, we'll likely look to leave at 6.30am which will allow time for a half hour stop half way down and means we'll be there an hour before KO to get stripped and stretched off.
From the discussion, there was 18 available for the game, as below. Could you all please confirm if you're still good to go by the end of the week (28th Feb) and I can look into sorting transport.

Right boys, 16 of us confirmed for this. Tom's done a bit of hunting and sourced us a minibus. The minibus itself will cost £262 and around £200 of petrol so in total £462.
Dougie has said he'll be happy to do the driving so will collect the minibus on the Friday night, leave from the Stadium in the morning, drop off at the Stadium on the Sat night then drop the minibus back off on the Sunday. As a thank you for his efforts, we're not going to charge him for the trip.
So as such, the £462 divided by 15 means it'll be £30 a head. We do get £50 back if the bus is handed back in perfect condition so we can divide that back up once we get it back or just fire it into funds or such like.
Anyway, long story short, it'll be £30 each for the bus for this. At this stage, given everyone has confirmed they can go, if you pull out now, you will have to pay the £30 unless someone else is able to take your space as it's unfair to ask the other boys to pay more.
If you can all start to get this £30 in to me ASAP, that would be great. We'll need to pay the minibus in the next week or so so if you can get that into me this week, that would be great. Usual details for bank transfer - let me know if you're doing that. Cash is also fine if you want to pay that way.
Exact times on the day are to be confirmed but likelihood leaving around 7am, KO for the game around 3pm then arriving back in Livi around 11pm.

Dougie's picking up the bus on Fri night.
Meet at Livi Stadium for 7.30am on Sat morning. Leaving at 7.45am. Takes around 5 hours 15 minutes so including a 45 minute stop half way, we should arrive around 1.45pm. KO at 3pm so plenty time to get loosened off and what not before getting kitted.
Game will finish around 4.45, showered and changed and back to somewhere with their boys for a bit of food.
Head back up the road with a 45 minute stop half way again so likely home around midnight-1am.
If you can all make sure you're in GS trackies and t-shirts, that would be good.
