Kinda looking forward to this game, more so for us to see how our new players get on.
Telfer and Mulllin will hopefully start, Kakay looked a cracking player against Dumbarton so hoping it wasn't a one off, Halkett looked decent at RB but expecting him to move into CB taking up Gallagher's position and Kakay going into RB.
I'd love us to get a point or three here but unless Hibs do have an eye on the replay and aren't firing on all cylinders I can't see it.

It would be terrible if someone booted Cummings up in the air in the first minute, wouldn't it?

Equipped ourselves really well today. Solid team performance. Energy, commitment, passion, enthusiasm and threatening. Night and day compared to some recent and previous performances. Well done to the manager for the freshness that he's brought in, all of whom have added something positive. Like the look of them all and we have choices now in most positions. Cole played well today, and I'm pleased for him after the horrorible 45 mins he had at Dumbarton (shows he has character). Kakay and Halkett have added pace and power. Fotheringham does the simple things and has bags of energy. Josh Mullin did well on his debut. Telfer has clearly got lots to offer. We caused Hibs lots of problems today and they knew they were in a game. Perform like that for the rest of the season and I'll be delighted. More than that, we'll pick up plenty of points.

Good point, should've been three with Glen missing a sitter from a superb ball into the box. Fantastic effort from everyone too, the new signings have certainly made a difference and if we keep this up we'll be fine, just hope our players don't just turn up for the big games though as we need them to be showing this kind of performance against all the other teams too.
Credit to Cole for a superb performance, I've been critical of him this season but today he showed what he is capable of so he needs to step up as the captain and do this more often.
If we can beat Raith next week then it's game on for getting out of 9th place.

Couldn't agree more well said. I think Telfer on a better non slippery surface will be a cracking addition.

Embarrassing. Smallest home crowd of the season, live on prime time TV as well.
Martindale and Rankine etc have f**ked the club up big style. It seems no one in Livingston or West Lothian gives a f**k anymore.

I was an armchair supporter I'm afraid yesterday thought we did really well but at half time the interview with hoppy was so full of shit he said he's all for the youths where about may I ask he's got Currie and the boy Knox on the bench gives one of them 15 mins and the other who's meant to be our golden ticket to millions and millions sitting on his arse doing nothing ,he also has 5 of them out on loan and you can guarantee none will get taken on next year on about Danny Mullen being a young player well maybe so but he's now a regular first team start and yes our game plan worked but then again so did alloas ,we have got players on loan from clubs and might save us but they will be going back very soon and will leave us with the same predicament next year but only next year we won't have Alloa to save our sorry arses ,martindale swanning about like he's a coach and important what's that all about rant over but we are goosed face reality and facts were shite

Like Livi, it was mostly Hibs diehards at the game yesterday. I was on a Hibs turnstile and loads of them were saying they wouldn't be surprised if the game didn't finish. Loads more were saying 'we must be daft coming out in this'. But they still came. The fans that were there yesterday are the ones that keep football going. If it wasn't for those that turn up faithfully to Livi, Alloa, Dumbarton, in our division and Albion Rovers, Brechin, Clyde and the likes in other places it would be a pretty sterile game. It's not hard to attract fans to a well run club that is used to winning. Livi is neither of those presently. I just like the fitba though. Wondering too if the flashing blade is maybe trolling a bit.

Maybe the flashing blade is Orco but the club is a shambles, who owns the club and why is martindale allowed to be in the. Dugout he has no coaching badges??
The Trust has been/ is toothless and I saw one of the trust board members slumped in the reception seat at half time as if they owned the place.
I will keep supporting my local club in the hope the shysters eventually leave. The best thing that could happen at LFC is a severe doze of Openess & Transparency and that's exactly what ever LFL board members. Exist should be demanding from LFC rather than supplying them with totally free labour.

Seriously though we've a few young players, Mullin, Mullen, Longridge, Neill, Pittman, Currie, but I suppose you're only meaning ones brought in from the Livi youth ranks? From what I've read Hopkin is wanting the U 19's/20's started back up again next season and his background is in coaching youth players so I don't think he's talking shite when he says he's all about youth players. Obv the club is a mess just now, we can but hope it gets better though and not just give up on it like some fans have. Like Orco I just like going to the footie, from the signings Hopkin has made I think we've enough to keep us in the Championship this season and i'll bother about next season when it happens. Lets face it, we've not exactly had the best preparation to our last two seasons and if Hopkin can keep us up and get a decent chance to build a team next season then it'll be the first time for 3 seasons we'd have a fighting chance to do actually compete in the Championship.

It seems no one in Livingston or West Lothian gives a f*ck anymore. In our time in the Premier league,Hibs would have brought three times the crowd they did....so its not just us.....that said what we do or more accurately do not do is having little affect in attracting more people to the club....we need newer bigger ideas.

Orco's point about the brave souls is so true. We have a hard enough time attracting people to watch games, to put it on in winter, when the top channels are warming up prime time viewing, when so many block buster films are being realeased...then you are asking for failure. Is there no one in the club or in the game with enough vision to see these issues and do something positive to fix them....including summer football if needed.
Now i for one am suffering quite bad health issues and sitting in the cold is not going to do it for me, I cannot afford to sit in the posh box either, but would appreciate a comfortable inside point to watch the game where I can have say a bowl of chilli and a good quality drink...I would attend more, at the moment I am waiting for the weather to break. I know there is not many like me but I also think that for people with babes in arms or small children such facilities would be beneficial
