Old news, that was in their paper a while back, a lot of nonsense in the first place and this is just more rubbish.
That he was ever joining us, not the story about him breaching his conditions of being on the register. He's nothing to do with Livi, the EEN is as bad as the DR for bullshit stories about Livi.

Headline is a completely designed to cause alarm; makes it look like he repeated the offence when in fact he breached the conditions imposed on him by failing to say he was going abroad. Hardly a heinous crime.
Maybe the time-served convicted drug dealer is to get us high up the league!?
