Right lads let's get our thoughts up for this.
About 4 of our goals started with Jordan kicking it upfield. I thought everyone had a fantastic game even th subs who came on. In the first half we didn't move the ball about like we do but we where always in control of the game and was always the better team in the game. So everyone should be proud.

I thought we were excellent on Saturday. Barring the opening 10 minutes or so where Dunfermline had a lot of the ball, we dominated the game and gave a real good account of ourselves on a day when nerves could have took over a bit.
Gutted for the boys at the back - Jordan, Kev and Mark especially that we didn't keep a clean sheet but with the amount of changes we made and being so far ahead, you cans ee why concentration dropped a tad towards the end. Other than the goal though, we were brilliant defensively. The wing backs stopped almost everything from getting into the box and anything that did come in from corners or hopefully punts, Jordan claimed superbly. Was a real good showing.
Midfield men all complimented each other well too. Where Richie drifts forward and supports the attacks, Tom does just as an important job sitting in the hole and putting out fires all over the place. The fact he can pick out a pass from back there too means that not only does he stop the opponent breaking forward but he can set us up going forward too.
Daz Keith was outstanding again - grabbing a couple of assists and covering every blade of grass trying to create things. Was good to see Paul have a good game too having mentioned himself that he'd been disappointed with his own performances of late - thought he caused them a nightmare on the wing and was even beating his man to headers.
Really tough to call a MotM for me this week, thought the team performance on the whole was one of our best all season. Hard to split Tom, DazK and Mark - all were outstanding so I'll go for none of them and say Jordan. Some excellent distribution to play a key part in a couple of goals and some fantastic handling and awareness in the box to block almost everything that came in there. Good stuff!
Donkey - Can I go for vampire Joe who, despite it being the hottest day of the year, remained wrapped up in a hoody so he didn't dissolve at the side of the park. Haha!

MoTM: Its unthinkable to look past Dave for this. Clever unselfish header to allow Tich a chance - which he took in incredible style.. 3 goals and another assist. not to mention tracking back as and when needed.
To say that when some of the lads played as well as they did - shows just how good this team is becoming. Despite me playing poorly.. I never felt in danger as the whole team was pulling for each other. Exactly what needs to happen and we see it every week. Great team spirit.
Donkey: The 1 lunged Ref. late decisions, poor decisions, brought his dog whistle instead of a football one. Was a unique performance...lol Cheers Grant. ( sorry for swearing at you )

Cheers Dave. You just don't understand what it's like to be a ginger lol Thought it was a cracking team performance on Saturday. Totally dominated the game after what's become the usual 10 min settling in period at the start of the game. Still feel that at corners we should be making full use of Daves ability in the air. Think we should be swapping him with Paul getting Dave back to help out and letting Paul sit up top with Tich. We've tried it a few times and its been quite effective. MoTM - Agree with McGinty. Although a lot of good performances all over the park it's Dave for me. A hat trick and a few assists. Nothing short of 110% given again by him. Donkey - Mark "always late" McGinty. Think we should start telling him that we are meeting earlier than we are so he get there at the same time as the rest of us

MotM - Has to be Dave, I may have got a couple of 'second assists' but he layed off 2 and scored 3, what else could you want from a striker. Only 1 more game to score in Dave! Donkey - Tom. For saying the only thing that could have made the score better was if I conceded. #1togo
