My Missus was down renewing our tickets yesterday and the chat was there is a deal close to be signed to transfer Rankine's shares. Haven't seen anything official but if true it could be good timing for a change.

This is the problem with supporters jumping on the Band wagon, about "sorting the board out", just tosh. The club has a very bright and secure future, and the introduction of the new 4G pitch in time for the start of next season will once again get the community involved in the club. Dare the question be asked as to when the 4G pitch will begin installation? Would surely bring a smile to even the most disheartened Livi fans?

Rumour in a he deans bookies is there is nae chance of a 4G pitch going down this season.

If a 4G pitch is anything like the one the Women's World Cup was played on in Edmonton last night then they can keep it; it was rank rotten.

Back on the subject of season tickets: the OS states that people have the option of exchanging their paper season ticket books for a TAP2 card, but that people are requested not to perform the swap on a matchday to reduce the staff's workload on those days.
This would imply that it is still possible to pick up the TAP2 card on a matchday if you can't make it at any other time (say if you don't stay in Livingston or your work commitments mean you can't make it to the stadium in office hours), and also that there is no problem with picking up a paper season ticket on the day of a game at all.
I went to reception at the end of today's game and asked if my season ticket was available, only to be told no. Apparently, they will not be available until Monday and I was told to bring my paper ST in on a weekday. When I said that I did not yet have the paper ST, I was not asked if I would be willing to accept the paper ST there and then.
Following a discussion with other fans outside the reception, I re-entered reception and spoke to a different person who had subsequently come onto the desk. Turns out that any uncollected paper tickets had been destroyed and the TAP cards were not being issued today due to a fault with the system. When I told the receptionist that I lived in Edinburgh and may not be back in Livingston until the first league game, she agreed to issue me with a fresh paper ST (as there were still some blank ones left)
Why write out a whole pile of paper STs then destroy them while still telling people that a TAP2 card is only an option?

Can they not post them out to people that aren't able to collect them on any other day except a match day?
Every time I renew my season ticket they say they'll phone me to let me know when it is ready to collect but i've yet to be notified. I've always had to go down to the stadium to ask, or phone them. Not really a problem as I live about 10 mins from the stadium but don't know why they all tell me the same thing and that's been with every owner we've had.

Not really a problem as I live about 10 mins from the stadium but don't know why they all tell me the same thing and that's been with every owner we've had. Thing is, the club did phone my house a couple of weeks ago and left a message with my dad that my ST was ready for collection (as I was at work when they phoned).
As I stay in Edinburgh and had no reason to travel to Livingston in the intervening period, I left collecting the ST to yesterday. Last year I didn't collect it until the day of the first league game.
I would certainly be willing to pay a couple of pounds to cover postage and packing, if there was a postal option.
