It's that time of year again when everyone vows to cut back on this or eat less of that - anyone set themselves any goals/targets/plans for the NY?
Done the 'big shop' last night and tried to cut back on the rubbish. Even bought a set of scales for the house so I can see just how much Christmas turkey I packed away. I did buckel a bit and bought a packet of caramel wafers but they bad boys are gid!
Not really set myself much in the way of resolutions - just aiming to eat a bit better and try and get out running a bit more. There's showering facilities at work so going to start to run into work sometimes too.
Anyone else?

A 4hr marathon whilst 44. Did my one and only previous effort last year in 4hr 38m (Loch Ness).
To cut down on the fizzy juice too.
