This is an important game for us. Keeping or widening the gap between Dumbarton and us is essential.
I’m excited about our attacking options now and would love us to play one big and one small striker (rather than two big or two small). Competition for places in midfield is high too. I think Buchanan looks like a strong acquisition at the back and McMillian is a great addition permanently (albeit that he was rusty on Tuesday after a long spell out through injury).
Bring it on. Dumbarton will know that it’s a huge game for them and I think they’ll be a dangerous opponent. But our wide play against them has been very effective. More of the same please!!
3-1 Livi - goals from a defender, a midfielder and a striker to show that we don’t rely on a single player or area of the pitch!

Good solid performance by Livi, and Ryan Hardie was outstanding in attack, he looks a really strong player on the ball and showed great composure scoring our second goal. Lithgow's header was pretty good too. That's us back into third place, with a game in hand and only four points away from Utd in second place. Mon the Livi, keep it going.

Well difference of opinion here. Dumbarton very poor side and we lacked composure as well as direction and the distribution of set play balls into the box was very poor.
Agree with comments above Hardie was excellent but we were overall poor today. Yes we won but we won against a very poor side that have ran their course in this division.
We have to improve and bond / gell and the team is again lacking direction from the bench. Earlier in the season the bench were shouting instructions at every opportunity.

I suspect Misdemeanour is on the wind up once again. Who cares whether instructions from the bench are obvious or not? We won, scored twice, clean sheet, hit the woodwork twice and had two clear penalties denied. Totally controlled the game. The win almost certainly keeps us in this league for another season - beating in mind we’ve just been promoted, I’m thrilled. Hoppy, Martindale and the rest of the backrokm staff have done a fantastic job. Congratulations to the Board too. We have a better squad today than we had at the start of the transfer window. The bench was strong today and we still have Byrne, Jacobs and McMillan missing altogether. Well done to all concerned.

We were playing in a 40mph swirling wind today. It's not that easy to distribute good balls in those kinds of conditions. We won and we won relatively easily. The score could have been a lot higher than it was. Dumbarton are not a great side but you can only play what is in front of you and in past seasons we have dropped points in that kind of game. I am thinking that the team we put out against Falkirk next week will look a bit different to the one that started on Tuesday.

He's just gutted ICT lost to Falkirk and are now twenty one points behind league leaders St Mirren who he tipped to fall away for Caley to win the league. Hope he doesn't go near a bookies with his sure fire tips. Yep we've plenty of options now, but I think we're now going to have a front pair of Miller and Hardie getting regular starts, which I think is a good thing. We've chopped and changed the front two too many times and I don't think it helps us get s settled pairing for the strikers to get goals. I'd also prefer it if we play midfielders in midfield and not have Gallagher playing there, Robinson looked far better in there when he came on, and I think we looked better when Gallagher dropped back into defence too. I also thought DeVita put in a couple of cracking deliveries from corners, Lithgow scored with the first one and almost got a second goal from another when he got a free header at the back post. Not sure about Cadden though, I prefer Mullin on the wing. Oh and Boyd and Robinson playing as attacking midfielders behind Miller and Hardie looks like giving us quick breaks up the pitch, shame we didn't score from them but I think the goals will come.

Yeah, he's probably still convinced ICT will come through.
I had tipped United but they have done nowt since grubbing us 3-0; I simply can't see St Midden failing to win it now
I thought Lithgow, Pittman, Thompson & Hardie had very good performances. The rest weren't far behind. Robinson & Boyd added to the mix when they came on but Mullin was a pale shadow of the player he was earlier in the season.
Thompson had some decent attempts from distance, Pittman did a power of work protecting the defence once Gallagher went back there after Buchanan went off. Hardie is a handful, has a strange running style but is pretty quick and was very composed in scoring. Showed he can hold the play up as well and is difficult to get the ball off. Lithgow has to be our most improved player.
