Fairly entertaining game. A draw was about right, especially after QoS made their triple sub, that turned a fairly comfy 1-0 lead into a 1-2 deficit and for a spell it looked like they would add to it, but we weathered the storm and grabbed an equaliser.
It was a strange old day in the other games where Dunfermline threw away a 2-0 lead at Morton who ended up taking all 3 points & both preseason title favourites Dundee U & Falkirk managing only draws with Dumbarton & Brechin. St Midden almost blew it against Caley but ended up with a 4-2 win to go top of the table. Something they didn't look good enough to do despite beating us after being reduced to10 men.
Well done to club legend Keaghan Jacobs on breaking the club appearance record, but how close is he to the league appearance record?

Thought we bossed the game Queens looked terrible till the 3 subs came on then that changed the game. Faddy might be getting on but he caused us one or two problems.
Strange subs from us thought Danny had ran his race by half time. Midfield no Thomson again Pitman played well his work rate is astounding.
In the end was it a fair result, no have we thrown away 9 points yes in my opinion, but league proving to be tight and only two wins from being top bring on Caley.
Won't make the Inverness game as on tour at present last of the U.K. shows this week the last being in Northampton on Saturday but sure the boys will get a result.

Thomson has gone back to Celtic. Apparently felt he wasn't getting enough game time.

Strange one, he was getting games, unless he expected the full 90 minutes in every game. We've plenty of midfielders anyway so no great loss.
Good game for a neutral this, didn't half put you through the wringer though, I went through everything from delight to despair and back again, ending with a bit of pfffft, another draw when we really should've won.
Good solid performance for most of the game but a couple of lapses and we lost two goals, even when not at their best teams in this division can punish you. Hopefully get all 3 pts against Caley Thistle next week and we'll be a a very good position, distancing ourselves from the bottom teams.
