Don't understand why we don't have a 4th tier side in our group when at least 1 group has 2 of them.
We have a top 6 side, the most improved side in the championship, a team we owned last season & a team we've grown to dislike because of the behaviour of their bench
On paper we should finish 3rd.

It'll probably come as no surprise but I just can't seem to muster up any real enthusiasm for the Betfred Cup.

Looks like we've got the toughest group with no 4th tier teams in it either. It is a difficult task getting through these group stages when you aren't seeded, hopefully we'll still be in the Championship next again season and will have a second seed place, which will give us a much better chance of progressing.
Looking forward to our games against Partick Thistle and St Mirren though, it will give us a good hard couple of games before the league starts. With a bit of luck we can get something against one of them and push for one of the best runners up places.
