This could end up being a really long thread! Maybe the moderators could put a counter on ?, be great if it was really long that would mean we were getting close to target, I make it 984?

Dunno...we haven't bought ours yet but we intend to.... problem is getting down during the day when I work M-F & start earlier & finish later than our local professional club.
They really need to be open on Saturdays when STs are on sale.

Auldnick. I spoke to someone at the club this am and made them aware of you working and not able to get to the stadium before they close during the week. They suggest over the phone booking or wait until a saturday date can be slotted in. They are trying to find someone to man the reception desk to take ticket requests on a Saturday.

Renewed my two season tickets today and my dad is getting next week. Glad to hear we're going back to old fashioned season ticket books from the temperamental tap card system! Whilst I don't think we need a ticket hotline, I'm hoping that being in a lower league will encourage some people to come back - not least because there's a better chance of seeing more victories than last season. I'm still looking for more movement on the squad-building exercise. There will be more departures and new arrivals shortly - I've no doubt.

Better be ready to move if (like me) you usually inhabit section C; not sure how much is affected but it would seem that at least C2 is being given over to the "grassroots initiative" of free tickets for kids. Not seen any official word on this but it strikes me as it makes the "early bird secure your existing seat" promise an empty one.

If this is correct, that'll be the second season in a row that we've had to relocate our seats.

Thankfully, all the seats face the pitch.

The stand holds 2000+ so it makes no sense to open another stand with its associated expense when a number of teams will bring less than 100 fans. The area to the south of the west stand should always have been set aside to hold small away supports. I go to most away games and am quite used to sharing stands at grounds like Dumbarton, QoS, Falkirk, St Mirren, Morton, Dunfermline etc.

Thankfully, all the seats face the pitch. I could say that after last seasons performances that is nothing to be thankful for... Its not really the point though is it? A bit of common courtesy to let affected season ticket holders know would have been simple but nothing has been said or alluded to other than there will be 500 freebies. Obviously they need to go somewhere but why have them all lumped together? Why not let ST holders get their pick of the seat they are paying for & then issue freebies in the vacant seats? Its not difficult is it? Anyone with a spreadsheet & a record of the available seats could do it.

I'm all for freebies, its how me & my lads started coming; but as per my previous post there are alternative solutions to simply lumping all the freebies together & a bit of common courtesy wouldn't go amiss.
