Reasonable performance from the team. Could have, possibly should have been more against what I felt were one of the weaker teams.. bar 2 or 3 players.
MoTM : Daz Keith. Communication, running, crossing, bravery list is endless. Very very well played.
Donkey : Me.. for having to go off with a burst face and then losing the striker and costing what should have been a well deserved clean sheet for Jordan and the rest of the defence.
Credit to Voldemort for letting me back on. I know who I'd rather have playing.. yet he gave me time back regardless.
Effort. Thats why your the chairman.

Solid performances all over the park, great shifts up top from Tich and Dave working their defence constantly putting pressure on them. Midfield was outstanding too, Tom and Richie as passionate as ever, good to see. Wingers wee Paul and Chris Love done well in tracking back and helping the strikers out as well which isn't always the easiest job, brilliant to see both them on the score sheet too. Defence done their job albeit we still conceded but McGinty read the game very well, Wullie too. Endless effort from Daz Keith like McGinty's already mentioned and Dean's becoming one of the best striker to left backs I've seen MotM - Giving this one to Tich today, too many times the ball comes off the keeper and there's no one there to knock it in, which if he hadn't have done it could have been 4-1 and not really reflected the control of the game we had. Donkey - Chaztaz for no showing, automatic 12 match ban.

I thought we well deserved our lead at half time. We knocked the ball about beautifully at times from front to back. There was a point just after we went 3-0 up where it felt like we had them chasing shadow for about 5 minutes without them getting a sniff of the ball. Cammy's cool head was excellent for that. Big thumbs up to the guys who were in defence with me yesterday. Constant chatting really helps with position and getting the line up to where it needs to be - much appreciated. So many decent defenders for us to chose from and we were missing at least 3 or 4 who probably have at least 50+ games for us each on Saturday. Some tough choices for the gaffer if everyone's available at the same time. Credit to Raith in the 2nd half, they were playing the ball out short and doing much quicker passes out wide from the keeper which helped them get up the park. That combined with the sun against us in the 2nd half made it tricky, but we coped pretty well. Some good handling and saves from Jordan to keep them at bay at key points. One in particular when it was 1-0 from their number 9 'Berbatov' who is a decent player as his finish for their consolation showed. Some lovely finishes from the scorers today and especially pleasing to see the wingers both getting on the scoresheet. I'll put that down to solid full-back play allowing the wingers the license and freedom to gallop on and get forward.

Not a great performance by any means but after 2 and a half months without playing, yesterday was all about getting out there and making sure we got the win. A performance would have been an extra. Still, grabbed ourselves six goals, passed up a few good chances and were unfortunate not to keep a clean sheet so all in all, a good day.
Everyone was solid enough so won't go through everyone. Thought Richie and Daz both deserved a goal for their shifts though.
MotM - When you play upfront and score goals, most of the time you don't get enough credit because it's just expected. It's not just chance that Tich was in the right place at the right time yesterday - he's a step ahead at times and that's why he gets the goals he does. So MotM for me was Tich.

Good to see so many replies on this already. No reason why we shouldn't all be contributing to the thread.
Firstly, apologies to the lads who didn't get time on Saturday. I hope you all understood where I was coming from before the game...having so many lads there behind the team really does make a difference. If anyone has any questions, PM me.
Thought in the first half we played some really good football. Composure was there for the majority of the game and it was plain to see. We passed the ball about really well, moved into space, asked for the ball, followed up, anticipated and kept on our toes. We scored some really nice team goals and deserved to score the goals we did. Special mention to Paul Miller for his goal of the season contender. I'd be very suprised if anyone tops that.
Second half, naturally, they came into the game a bit more and we panicked all over the park a bit more than we should have. We picked up a few injuries which meant we had to shuffle things around a bit. Thanks to those who filled in the unusual positions and a good shout from Daz Keith to offer his services in CB. Hope everyone who picked up knocks are OK.
Solid performance and avoided a potential banana skin. Good to keep the unbeaten record, keep us top of the league and into the Semi-Finals of the cup. Keep the heads down, keep making yourselves available for games & we can go a long way lads.
MoTM: Contenders all over the park but I'm giving it to Tich. Grabbing three goals, with his 'weaker' foot is a cracking effort. Superb at following up from others attempts and cracking poaching. All of us can take quite a bit from how Tich follows up the intial shot. There is goals there to be had!
Donkey: Chuckie.

Comfortbale for us from start to finish against quite a poor munrovers side in comparison to what I have seen of them previously.
Considering we had not played for such a long spell I thought we done OK. At times we knocked the ball around well and everyone was wanting on the ball, however for a large spell of the second half we were quite scrappy though and stopped using the easy option.
MOTM - Going to give it to Chris Love. Always available down the right hand side and got us of to a flyer. Also dropped into left back when asked and despite running on empty still put in a good shift. Thought the defence as a whole were solid with Dean and Daz playing well at FB's.
Dave and Tich found it hard going up top as the through balls were skipping off the surface meaning it was hard to get them on the ball, but despite that both managed to grab a goal or 3. What a goal from Paul Miller as well!
